DESIGN / VIBE / VISIONOlivia and Stephanie planned every detail of this table, from the chairs inspired by Parisian Restaurants to the hand-painted green plates by Oriente Italiano Ginori, passing through the elegant glasses and with the help of Shhh My Darling, the perfect menu card was created. Shhh, my darling’s motto was “if you can’t beat them, join them”. The artwork has been drawn with the Design and colors of the theme of the plate and shaped into a traditional oriental fan decorated with a dark green pompom. The result is a non-invasive, elegant and coherent item on the table. Many candles and refined brass dishes were the main light on the table, creating a totally devoted and romantic atmosphere with the facade of the Villa as a backdrop and the view of Florence framing the entire Terrace where the dinner took place.

This is the story of two doctors who should choose each other forever. Mutual friends who arranged their first date thought that they were perfect for each other.. and you know what? They were absolutely right about that! Stephanie and Justin also knew from the beginning that there was something between them and from that moment on, they were never separated again. After Stephanie’s last year of residency, they flew to Europe from Copenhagen for a big celebration tour. The first part of their trip was planned by the two, but the second was Justin’s surprise for Stephanie. The summer, Europe, everything was magical and Justin’s Plan was even more magical. They found themselves in the city of love: Paris. It was the day of the liberation of the Bastille and Justin booked them a super nice hotel in the center of Paris with a nice little balcony where they could see everything from the famous Parisian rooftops. While Paris was already partying, Justin decided that there was no more appropriate place and time: it was Time. He knelt down and proposed to Stephanie on the small romantic balcony framed by the sparkling light of Paris. The answer, of course, was yes! It should be like this! They walked all night through the streets of Paris, celebrating the Bastille and her love, pecking and dancing in front of the Montmartre church and watching the magnificent fireworks. Isn’t this a romantic story?

Food and Drink was placed in the Italian garden, so perfectly formed that it did not need decorations, next to the super organized dining and drinking areas designed by Desinare. The dinner took place at sunset, with an orange light highlighting the decoration of their long table. Simple and tasty Italian dishes delighted the guests. The couple entered, enveloped by a cloud of white rose petals thrown from above, a little surprise from their closest friends.

Flowers and decor the ceremony was scheduled in the whitewashed Limonaia, where Jardin Divers built a magnificent broken arch of green and white flowers that perfectly matched the appeal of the walls of the Limonia to frame the couple as they renewed their vows in front of their loved ones. The ceremony was short but full of joy, emotion, tears and laughter. After the ceremony, the altar decoration became the perfect place for a photo booth – the girls loved it!

Wedding cake once dinner was over, they all got up to see the cake cut, followed after by the surprise fireworks that marked their love, like in Paris. And then, after two years of waiting for their elegant, elegant and romantic destination wedding, Stephanie and Justin, their eyes full of love, danced their first dance: finally by Etta James under a sky lit by fireworks.

Special detail #1an Italian Dixie band in the background, playing the couple’s most popular sounds. It was great. It was exactly as they had imagined, authentic. The same chapel, as she walked, escorted the guests through the stairs decorated with greenery that fell to the upper garden where the seated dinner was prepared.

Special Detail #2The guests were invited on a sunny August afternoon to enter the Italian garden of Villa di Maiano, where they were offered by Shhh My Darling with a personalized fan with their name as an accompanying card.
